Dear Rick, As you can probably guess, since the past several months have been full of major changes for me, it has been
exciting and more than a bit scary for me. Sending my only daughter off to college, moving out of state, and into a new home,
as well as some recent changes in my personal life have all provided cause for thought and reflection. I am finally
beginning to sort things out, and realize what a wonderful ally and advisor you have been in this process. Rick, your perseverance
and patience guiding me through the search for my new home is greatly appreciated. But more than that, your willingness to
recommend and advise me when the buyer of my old coop in New York looked like she could bring the entire process to a bad
end was extremely helpful and reassuring. I realize that your help and support was way beyond the normal services provided
by or expected from a realtor and for that I thank you.
